Brother-distillers Aaron and Adam Carvell personally mash, ferment and double-distill each batch of this premium Central New York bourbon whiskey before aging in locally produced charred white oak barrels from Adirondack Barrel Cooperage of Remsen, New York. Bottled at 92 proof, Brothers' Cut Bourbon Whiskey offers a sweet, nose of brown sugar and vanilla with fresh biscuit, black tea, clove and distinctive rye spice on the palate.
